UHURUTO ADMINISTRATION has been unfortunate, disappointing and painful, DECLARES RAILA.

 BY JARED OPIYO

In his state of the Nation address speech, former Prime Minister and Cord leader mentions grand theft in the government on a scale unprecedented in East African history.

Raila fired that  a spree of blatant, unapologetic theft is underway adding economic repercussions are already being felt by all Kenyans especially the poor majority.

''The poor majority are watching the conspicuous consumption and gorging of the tiny that's doing the stealing while all others are made to wait for hand-outs'', he said.

The ODM leader said this is an experience which Jubilee administration could have avoided if it had the intention of serving its people and not of stealing from them for purposes of self-enrichment and of retaining political power through corruption, fraud ,theft and bribery.

The opposition leader that Jubilee regime has brought down the House called Kenya that it inherited intact in 2013.

Three years after capturing power he said Jubilee has failed to deliver on its grands promises including free laptops for primary schools, stadiums in the Counties has remained unbuilt and that the 5,000MW of electricity which he said has remained a cynical ploy.

Raila observed that the promise to fight corruption is the worst joke visited on Kenyans, possible pegging his argument on the fact that Jubilee has produced the most corrupt individuals.
